Ok, ok so we shouldnt have favourites but this sauce is pretty special. 

Not only does it use locally grown Cornish chillies, honey from The Rescued Bee and of course the best chocolate around, it' so versatile! 

Perfect for marinades, stir frys, BBQ, burgers, dips, cheese and more!

A beautifully balanced blend of sweetness, depth and gentle heat. 

Finished off with a saying from the late mum of Sarah - 'Ansum on my push-away tea"

Ingredients - water, cornish honey (30%), sugar, red chilli, tomato paste, garlic, maize starch, salt, Cornish mixed cayenne chillies (2%), cloves, cinnamon, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, Dark Chocolate (70.5% cocoa solids minimum) SOYA lecithins, natural vanilla flavouring)

Storage

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened store in the fridge & consume within in 4 weeks.
